valet parking higher parking charge
The valet parking was annoying. you have to use a valet, and i did not have access to my car while it was parked. i forgot something, so i had to send a valet to get it for me. also, i was told a higher parking charge than on my confirmation. It was corrected, though.

inconsistent service and room issues
shower door toilet lever
the location was walkable to the metro and in a good area.
The room had issues. The shower door stuck, and it made a horrid noise. one of the walls in the shower had an l bracket protruding from the ceiling, secured only to the ceiling. the toilet lever was barely hanging on too.

spacious room friendly staff outside noise marijuana smell
i loved the spacious room and its proximity to various attractions. the access was safe via scooter. the staff, they were funny and friendly. it.
the noise outside really kept me up. there was also this strong smell of marijuana and it was really not cool. the hotel coulda called 911, but didn't.
